Application of Angle Steel in the Construction Industry

Angle steel is widely used in the construction industry as a high-quality building material. Its excellent toughness makes it a favorite among builders.   3. Rolling Indentations: During centering, friction between the center plate and the edge of the center plate can cause burrs and splashes on the surface, leading to rolling indentations on the surface.

  4. Large Chain Scratches: Dislocation between chains can cause asynchronous movement of steel plates on the cooling bed, resulting in scratches on the lower surface.

  5. Furnace Bottom Roller Indentations: The furnace bottom rollers are subject to high-temperature gases and loads, which can easily cause surface nodules and indentations on the lower surface of the center plate.

  6. Straightening Machine Indentations: Oxide scales left on carbon steel during straightening can easily form indentations on the surface of the center plate during the straightening process.

  7. Handling Scratches: Improper handling during transportation can cause rib damage at the edges and surface scratches due to non-standard unloading operations.
